Here’s the recipe for this quick and easy to make salad:

1) Add romaine and/or baby spinach as the base.

Vegetarian Bibimbap 🤤

Here is the recipe for this tasty and nutritious Korean dish:

Ingredients:

-tofu
-rice/quinoa
-garlic
-carrots
-spinach
-mushrooms
-beans sprout
-sesame seeds
-spring onion
-cucumber
-egg
-gochujang sauce
-sesame oil

1) Heat oil in a large frying pan
Add chopped tofu and cook until browned and dry.

2)Add garlic and cook for a further minute
Remove from the heat and add sesame seeds and spring onion.

3) Sauté the carrot, mushrooms, beansprouts and spinach separately with a little of the sesame oil until cooked to your desired level.

4) To a bowl of rice or quinoa, add all the above cooked ingredients and then add cucumber raw slices, a sunny side up fried egg to top it off.

5) Add sesame seeds to garnish.

6) Add some gochujang sauce to the dish as per your taste. You can find this sauce in most Korean supermarkets.

Some health benefits associated with eating nuts are:

Chia seed pudding, a delicious and nutritious dessert and really easy to prepare!

Chia seeds are loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, proteins, antioxidants and fiber. It can help with weight loss by keeping you full longer and prevents constipation.

Recipe:

1. Add chia seeds to milk (about 3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds to 1 cup of milk)

2. Let it sit for 5mins and then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

3. Add some cinnamon, vanilla extract, sweetener of your choice and fruits to top it off.
