Namaskaram.

Always feels like homecoming whenever I volunteer at Isha Foundation. I was initiated by Sadhguru’s Inner Engineering program in 2021 and since then I have been volunteering at Isha Foundation whenever I can.

I am pleased to hold a free Introductory to Inner Engineering session in the 7th Feb Saturday at 2:00-3:00pm to share about what IE is about, my personal experience, as well as the upcoming programs at Isha Foundation. I also like to take this opportunity to invite like-minded yogis for a catch-up.

It has been a transformational journey ever since I practice Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowl. Ever since I picked up my bowl, I knew my path is going to be different and until today, I have curated numerous Sound Baths, guided countless individual healing journey and composed a few original musics with my singing bowls. It’s a point of no return, but honestly, I have never looked back 🙏🏼 If there’s only 1 word to describe my fate with Singing Bowls - Blessed.

Day 9 Spin-Off: On the way to Punakha at Dochula Chorten

The view would be breathtaking if without the clouds and we could have seen the Himalayan from this vantage point. Again my guide did not warn me that it will be extremely cold (0-3 Deg C) in the morning, but I still wanna play my flute. So here we go… a side treat to you all 🙏🏼

Global Peace Prayer Festival Bhutan Day 1 (7th Nov 2025)

So I missed the first three days of the event as there were no flights out to Paro, so today is my first day to the event and the crowd is considerably lesser.

Sitting under the hot sun from 8 til 4 is no joke. However, everyone’s heart is at peace. Listening prayers from Rinpoche and masters around the world, in their respective language is interesting. The biggest reflection for me - Regardless of which country, culture or languages or lineage of the Buddhism, the intention for peace is the same and can be felt tremendously.

My heart is so full from last night’s WHISPER OF WISDOM, ANI CHOYING & CHYI YU CONCERT@Esplanade Singapore

From opening drum by Venerable Guang Shen, followed with heavenly voice by Chyi Yu, then the last sector of soulful voice by Ani Choying accompanied with healing music performance by her band.. this is a night of feast for my soul.

My heart is full of gratitude and peace. It was a great reminder to myself of why I’m doing what I’m doing. May the world be filled with peace and kindness. Om Shanti Om 🙏🏼
