Life’s blessings come in so many ways, today I am with a young prodigy in gymnastics Naveen .

I am in admiration of her dedication and passion for the sport she has chosen and the amount of heart ❤️ she has as an international competitor.

But the thousands of hours on her feet in practice and training requires a lot of care, and I feel really blessed to play a small part in her rehabilitation therapy.

Sara lives her commitment in Empoweing Women through fitness and nutrition. This commitment however has not come easy, with Sara facing her fair share of challenges and “brick walls” that have at times hindered her progress, a Labral Tear in the hip, and a recent accident causing a complex tear in her medial meniscus halted her progression for a period of time.
