The Schwabe Group comprises several different affiliated companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Approximately 4,000 people work at the Schwabe Group.

The parent company of the Schwabe Group, which is now Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH & Co. KG, is one of the oldest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Europe with a company history dating back over 150 years. Schwabe Pharma Asia Pacific was set up in November 2005 as a fully owned subsidiary of Dr Willmar Schwabe Pharmaceuticals, Germany. The largest percentage of the Schwabe Group workforce is in Germany, where some 1,600 people are employed. The Group headquarters are in Karlsruhe.

Schwabe Pharma volunteered at Dementia Singapore’s Bukit Batok Centre. We indulged our green fingers in an upcycling workshop led by Terra SG – planting plants in planters made from coconut husks! The activity sparked meaningful conversations among our clients about the importance of living green.
