In the world of osteopathy, manual therapy, functional rehabilitation and chronic patient care, we don’t just chase pain relief β€” we chase potential.

7.5 months post-stroke paralysis.
Almost 200 sessions of therapy/treatments.

Overall improvement: approximately 5–10%.

Speech remained slurred. Motor control limited. Drooling persistent. Strength minimal. Family hopeful β€” but exhausted.

Within one focused osteopathic session, something shifted.

Muscle activation began to return.
Motor sensing improved.
Saliva control reduced by 60–80% during treatment.
Auditory responsiveness heightened.

Was it magic? No. It was precision. It was integration. It was understanding the nervous system, circulation, cranial rhythm, biomechanics β€” and treating the human being as a whole.

This is what osteopathy stands for.
Collaboration. Restoration. Possibility.

At The Muscle Remedy, we work alongside different specialists and practitioners because complex cases require collective intelligence. But when the body is given the right input, at the right time, it responds.

This is only the beginning of his journey.

Thank you to every family who trusts us in their most vulnerable seasons. Your belief fuels our purpose.

If you or someone you love needs structured, hands-on, integrative rehabilitation β€” book a session.

Healing is not a straight line.
But progress begins with the right hands.

In conclusion,
β€œDon’t walk pasta without trying,
Rest it, heal it, then go full-speed dining.”

Started treatment in December after MRI done for both knees in October with L knee type D dysplasia + subchondral bone edema + cyst. R knee chondromalacia patella, cartilage delamination. Full thickness cartilage ulcer 3.4cm.

Basically, both knee overload, stress with wear and tear.
The plan was in March & July for her next 21km run. In between, there’s a sudden change of plans. Sudden runs here and there. 🀨🀑

In between, there’s load management, knee biomechanics, VMO recruitment strategies, edema control, hip and ankle mobility.

πŸ” Key Points:
- Pain is data. Read it.
- Long term goal: To keep her running into 40s and 50s - not burn out by July.

We’re on the right track, little bumps and hiccups on this roadtrip. Let’s fill up the fuel without any more leakages!

A normal day of osteopathy session for chronic patients.
Rhythmic movements of spine and toe.

What are the 4 main factors of Osteopathy?

1. The Unity of the Body. The first of the major principles of osteopathic medicine is that the human body is a unit, an integrated organism in which no part functions independently.

2. Self-regulatory and Self-healing Systems.

3. The Relationship Between Structure and Function.

4. Rational Treatment Approach.

Osteopaths are trained to evaluate the patient’s lifestyle and environment to provide personalized care, which may include exercises to prevent recurring injuries.

πŸ”₯ Beyond the Therapy Room πŸ”₯

We help athletes perform even when it’s outside the four walls of our clinic.

Take Gena, a Women’s Bikini Pro. Her challenge wasn’t much of an injury, it was posing on stage without discomfort. That’s the hidden killer for many athletes:
πŸ‘‰ Long due unforeseen injuries
πŸ‘‰ Cramping from low sodium.
πŸ‘‰ Stiffness from carb depletion.
πŸ‘‰ Tightness from body fat drops to 3–8%.

One wrong breath, one cramped muscle, and months of prep can be undone in seconds.

We’re not posing coaches. We’re not international competitors. But we are practitioners who have worked with thousands of athletes under peak stress conditions. With evidence-based techniques breathing resets, alignment cues, and physiological adjustments, we help athletes pose with flow, confidence, and zero distractions.

πŸ’‘ Because posing isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how your body feels.

So whether it’s in the treatment room or on the stage, we cook in the Muscle Remedy kitchen. You bring the discipline, we help you fly high. πŸš€

Because your victory is our victory.

✨The more you give us, the more we give you.✨
