24 year old here who compressed her re**us capitus posterior major/minor (suboccipitalis muscle) on a 150kg sandbag worm at CrossFit last October. Although she’s recovering okay, she’s been experiencing periodic arm and trap discomfort. Starting treatment now and we'll see how it goes ☺️
