3 months of coaching: already seeing great improvements in gut health and motility, mood, sleep, and energy. It is also reflected in the tongue - less fluid retention, brighter colour, and better texture.

I use a combo of lifestyle medicine, nutrition, gut health insights and TCM insights with my health coaching clients. Supporting their physical and mental health by giving them science-based advice as well as companionship on their health journey.

Lifestyle has profound impact on health and longevity!
New evidence on how small lifestyle changes could add years to your life

A new UK Biobank study followed 59,000 adults to find the minimum combined improvements in sleep, physical activity, and diet needed for meaningful gains in lifespan and healthspan.

Key findings:
→ +1 year of life: Just 5 extra minutes of sleep, 2 minutes more physical activity, and half a serving of vegetables daily
→ +4 years disease-free: 24 minutes more sleep, 4 minutes more activity, plus modest diet improvements (one cup of vegetables, one serving of whole grains, two servings of fish weekly)
→ Optimal behaviors (7-8 hours sleep, 42+ min daily activity, quality diet) were linked to ~9.4 additional years of both lifespan and healthy years

最新證據表明,微小的生活方式改變即可延長壽命

英國生物銀行一項新的研究追蹤了 59,000 名成年人,旨在找出睡眠、運動和飲食方面需要哪些最小的綜合改善才能顯著延長壽命和健康壽命。

主要發現:
