🎉🧧 Chinese New Year Celebration at United Medicare Centre 🧧🎉

The festive spirit was in full bloom as our residents, families, and staff came together to celebrate Chinese New Year! Our centres in Toa Payoh, Queensway, Elizabeth Drive and Tampines West were filled with joy, laughter, and vibrant decorations as everyone enjoyed a meaningful time of togetherness.

From festive performances and traditional treats to warm conversations and shared smiles, the celebration brought wonderful moments for both our residents and dedicated staff. It was truly heartwarming to see everyone embracing the spirit of reunion, happiness, and prosperity.

At United Medicare, moments like these remind us that family is not just who we are related to — it’s also the community we build together. ❤️

🧧🎨 Chinese New Year Arts & Crafts at UMC Toa Payoh 🎨🧧

In preparation for the Lunar New Year, our residents at UMC Toa Payoh came together for a meaningful and creative arts & crafts session!

With bright red papers, cheerful yellow designs, and beautiful floral arrangements, our seniors carefully crafted festive decorations symbolising good fortune, happiness, and prosperity. From handmade “福” ornaments to colourful paper blooms, every piece was created with patience, focus, and lots of smiles. 🌸✨

Beyond preparing decorations for the season, the session was filled with laughter, conversation, and shared memories of past Chinese New Year celebrations. Activities like these not only spark creativity but also promote bonding, fine motor skills, and joyful engagement among our residents. ❤️

It was heartwarming to see everyone proudly holding up their completed masterpieces — ready to welcome the New Year with positivity and festive cheer!

🌸✨ A Joyful Afternoon with Blessed Sisters at UMC Toa Payoh ✨🌸

Our residents at UMC Toa Payoh were treated to a heartwarming and lively performance by the wonderful volunteer group, Blessed Sisters ❤️

Dressed in vibrant red and performing with beautiful pink fans, the Blessed Sisters filled our home with music, laughter, and festive cheer. Their energetic dance moves and interactive songs brought smiles to every face — and even had our residents clapping along happily from their seats! 🎶👏

Beyond the performance, it was the warmth, friendship, and genuine care shared that made the afternoon truly special. Moments like these remind us how meaningful community support is in enriching the lives of our seniors.

A big thank you to the Blessed Sisters for spending your time and sharing your talents with our residents. Your kindness and enthusiasm brightened our home and our hearts 💖

We wrapped up the year with an enchanting Under the Sea–themed Christmas celebration, bringing colleagues together for an evening filled with joy, laughter, and festive cheer.
