I have a deep interest in preventative cardiology which stems from my previous research into the relationship between diabetes and cardiac disease. It is clear that metabolic abnormalities underpin most diseases - coronary artery disease, atherosclerois, diabetes, cancer and alzheimers. These abnormalities are driven by genetics and lifestyle choices that we make. I run a metabolic reset/weight loss program that integrates cutting edge data points to tailor treatment for my patients. This program recognises that we all have unique lifestyles, genetics, goals, psychology and physiology and that a one size fits all approach is not optimal for everyone. In addition I manage all cardiac symptoms - breathlessness, chest pain, dizziness, syncope, palpitations.
