Our 2026 monthly online classes with Sir Jawahar Bangera commence this Saturday. Let us know if you’re joining!

Open to students who are familiar with Sir’s teaching or have more than 5 years of regular Iyengar Yoga practice.

♥️ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ♥️

We received a precious gift for Christmas. Our regular students get together in Singapore for the second time this year, 2025, to practice with Sir Jawahar.

He knows if you’ve been bad or good.
So be good for goodness sake!

May we always stay humble, stay beginner, stay together to continue learning with this fantastic teacher. ❤️

【Ｇｏ　ｓｌｏｗ　ｔｏ　ｇｏ　ＳＴＲＯＮＧ！】

Last Sunday (23/Mar), we ended Sir Jawahar's MSIA camp and Spore workshop with a continuous burning desire to practice. Sir's final advice was to hope all students have learned something and brought it home for practice.

We are also extremely grateful that Sir Siddharth accepted our invitation to assist in the Msia Camp. The main takeaway was his advice to establish our blueprint in our practice. This perspective will allow us to see all the pieces needed for more challenging ones.

Last but not least, the mutual support and friendship we have gained are priceless.

Today marks our studio’s fifth year sharing Iyengar Yoga and our fourth year hosting Sir Jawahar Bangera online workshop.

No celebration. We are blessed with a humble Guru, sincere friendship, and fine-tuning practice.

Thank you to those who have always been there and been part of our simple journey.
