✨ Meet Our Instructor, Lidia ✨

Lidia’s yoga journey began in 2012 during her first pregnancy, when she discovered yoga as a source of balance, calm, and connection. Over the years, she explored Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Flow, and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hong Kong to share her passion with others.

She specialises in Hatha, Shoulder and Upper Back Opening Yoga, Pranayama, Family Yoga, and Chair Yoga, creating heart-centred classes that blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and functional alignment. Lidia’s teaching is inclusive and supportive, guiding students of all levels to move with curiosity and presence.

Off the mat, Lidia enjoys cycling and dragon boating, embracing a holistic approach to well-being.

If Bridge, Cobra & Wheel already feel familiar, this 2-hour workshop is your chance to explore deeper, smarter, and more expansive backbends.

Using King Puppy (Eka Pada Uttana Shishosana) as the peak pose, we’ll break down advanced spinal extension and shoulder opening so you can move with integrity, not compression. Props like straps, blocks & the chair will help you safely deepen backbends, unlock mobility, and build strength, confidence, and control.
