✨ Meet Our Instructor, Kathy ✨

Kathy began her yoga journey as a teen to manage stress, but it was after major abdominal surgery that her practice deepened into a path of healing and self-discovery. Yoga became her anchor during recovery, leading her to explore therapeutic practices that calm the nervous system and restore balance.

A certified and experienced yoga teacher, Kathy specialises in Yoga Stretch to Relieve Stiffness, Yoga Therapy, Yin with Sound Bath, Shoulder and Upper Back Opening Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation — offering students a space to rest, reconnect, and heal from within.

Join Kathy on the mat and experience a nurturing practice that soothes the body and supports healing from within. 🌿💫
