Is your weight pulling your dick down? ๐Ÿ˜จ

Being overweight or obese puts you at a higher risk of ED, as well as several other vascular and heart problems. That's because fats can clog up your blood vessels, including those to your p***s, making it difficult to achieve an er****on.

The bottom line is, if you're overweight or obese, slim down before it's too late! Not only is it going to do wonders for your general and s*xual health, but it'll also definitely give a boost to your confidence too. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Try incorporating more vegetables and healthy foods into your diet and take part in more physical activities. Even something as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator can help with weight loss! ๐Ÿ’ฆ

And no, unlike the undying cautionary tale, it's not because it'll cause you to catch a cold. ๐Ÿคง Sleeping with wet hair, however, can result in hair loss.

That's because your hair is in its weakest state when it's wet. As such, it's extremely prone to breakage, especially when you toss and turn during sleep. Your hair will also become severely kinked the next morning, making it more difficult for you to style it for the day. ๐Ÿ’ข

What's worse, sleeping with wet hair can spiral into fungal infections of the scalp. ๐Ÿคฎ When your scalp and pillowcase are wet, they turn into hotspots for fungi and other microorganisms to thrive, and that's going to result in massive hair loss too!

Don't want to be bald like Squidward? We're here to help! Arx offers a wide range of hair loss treatments so that you can find what fits you best. Link in bio.

According to a study published in the PLOS ONE journal, caffeine intake is associated with a lower risk of erectile dysfunction (ED). โ˜• While studies are still being conducted to confirm if it truly is a cause-and-effect phenomenon, it's speculated that caffeine helps to relax arteries leading to the p***s. Consequently, this allows more blood to fill up the spongy tissues of the p***s, creating an er****on.

However, there's an exception - diabetic men. Men with type 2 diabetes did not see a reduction in their risks of ED despite consuming caffeine. That's because diabetes itself is already one of the strongest risk factors of ED and brings with it its own complications.

With that being said, coffee or caffeine is NOT a replacement for medical treatments for ED. ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ It can though, lend a small helping hand to help you tide through your bedroom struggles.

The morning wood is a fact of life for all healthy men alike, and it has become something that many men take for granted. ๐ŸŒ…๐Ÿ” As such, not being greeted by your usual morning wood can be a shocker. But, is the morning wood, or rather, lack thereof, really a cause of concern? ๐Ÿค”

Here's the answer: it depends. An occasional snoozing dick is usually fine, but a dick that seems to be hibernating all year round should definitely send you for a medical check-up. ๐Ÿšจ

The notorious MSG, short for monosodium glutamate, has stirred up many controversies surrounding its association with hair loss. Yet, itโ€™s an essential ingredient in many Asian delicacies. MSG encompasses โ€œumamiโ€, which refers to the meaty and savoury flavour. In fact, โ€œumamiโ€ has found its way into becoming the 5th basic taste, alongside sweet, sour, salty and bitter. ๐Ÿคฏ

Facing an internal dilemma of whether to ditch good flavour or your hair? We have some good news for you - you don't have to forgo either of them! MSG doesn't cause your hair to fall out, so the next time someone tries to nag you about it, show them this! ๐Ÿ˜—โค๏ธ๐Ÿœ
