The Gyrotonic Applications for Breast Cancer program aims to support individuals at any stage of their diagnosis and treatment, assisting in their physical recovery by promoting good breathing, mobility, strengthening, postural reorganization, and reconnecting with their own body.
This course provides strategies to address the various stages of diagnosis and recovery a client may be experiencing, and it also offers a variety of modifications and exercise choices a Trainer might consider based on the specific diagnosis and treatments a client may be working with.
