Why "me time" is a must for moms.

မေမေတို့ရေ…
ကိုယ့်အတွက် ကိုယ်ပိုင်အချိန်လေးကို ရအောင်ရှာကြပါနော်၊ နောက်ပြီး စိတ်ရော ခန္တာပါ ကျန်းမာဖို့ ကိုယ်လက်လှုပ်ရှားမှုလေး တစ်ခုခုတော့လုပ်ကြပါနော်။

Mommies, don’t forget to carve out some time for yourselves and get a little exercise for both your mind and body!

အမေတစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်ရတာ မလွယ်ကူဘူးဆိုတာ မေမေတိုင်းနားလည်ကြပါတယ်၊ အထူးသဖြင့် အခုမှ မီးဖွားထားတဲ့ မေမေအသစ်လေးတွေ၊ လူခွဲမရှိဘဲ ကလေးနဲ့ကိုယ်ပဲ အမြဲရှိနေရတဲ့မေမေတွေ အတွက် Me Time ကပိုလိုအပ်တယ်လို့ ကျမထင်ပါတယ်။ ကျမကိုယ်တိုင်လဲ 5 months postpartum နဲ့ လူခွဲမရှိတဲ့ မေမေပါရှင်။

မီးဖွားပြီးခါစ မေမေတွေ အနေနဲ့ "Water retention/ postpartum edema” တို့ကြောင့် ခန္တာကိုယ်ခြေလက်တွေဖောရောင်တာအပြင်၊ နို့ထွက်အောင်ကြိုးစားဖို့အတွက် အစားအသောက်တွေစားရသောက်ရနဲ့ အထူးသဖြင့် ကျမတို့မြန်မာမှာဆို Malt milk တို့လို အချိုဓါတ်ပါတာတွေသောက်ခိုင်းကြပါတယ်၊ အဲ့တော့ချိုတာတွေစားတော့ ဝ လာတာမဆန်းပါဘူး။ ဆန်းတာက လူက ဝ လာတော့ စိတ်ပါလေးလံလာပါတယ်၊ ကျမတို့လို အလှမက်တဲ့မေမေတွေဆို မှန်ကြည့်ရင်ပိုစိတ်ဓါတ်ကျပြီး စိတ်ဖောက်ပါတယ်…ဟာ ငါ့ပုံစံကြီး ဘယ်လိုကြီးဖြစ်နေတာလဲ ဘာဝတ်ဝတ်လဲမတော်ဘူး ကြည့်ရတာအဆင်မပြေဘူးဆိုပြီး ဖြစ်တတ်ကြပါတယ် 😅

Be patient ပါမေမေတို့ရေ…ကလေးမွေးပြီးခါစမေမေတိုင်း ဖောရောင် ဝနေတာမျိုး ဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ် ကိုယ်တစ်ယောက်တည်းမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အဓိက က အဲ့လိုမျိုးဖြစ်နေချိန်မှာ စိတ်ကိုလွှတ်လိုက်ပြီး အများကြီးစားမိတာမျိုး ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် မပြင်မဆင်ပဲနေတော့တာမျိုး မလုပ်မိဖို့အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ နောက်ဆက်တွဲအနေနဲ့ postpartum depression ဆိုတဲ့ မီးဖွားပြီးနောက်ပိုင်း စိတ်ဓါတ်ကျတာမျိုးတွေ ကိုယ့်ကိုကိုယ် confident မရှိတာမျိုးတွေဖြစ်လာတတ်လို့ပါ။

အဲ့ဒီတော့ ဆရာဝန်နဲ့ follow-up/check-up တွေအပြီး exercise တွေပြန်လုပ်ဖို့ permission ရပြီဆိုတာနဲ့ ပေါ့ပေါ့ပါးပါးလေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလေးတွေလုပ်ပါ (regular exercise လုပ်ပေးချင်းက healthy weight loss အပြင် postpartum recovery period ကိုလဲ support ဖြစ်စေပါတယ်)၊ အချိုတွေလျော့စားပါ…နို့ထွက်ဖို့ဆိုတာ ချိုတာတွေစားမှ သောက်မှ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး အဓိက hydrate ဖြစ်နေဖို့ပါ..ရေများများသောက်ပါ အာဟာရပြည့်ဝအောင် သင့်တင်မျှတစွာစားသောက်ပါ၊ အရည်ရွမ်းတဲ့ အသီးအနှံလေးတွေလဲစားပေးပါ။

Workout တွေ exercises တွေ မိမိစိတ်ဝင်စားတဲ့အရာလေးတွေလုပ်ဖို့ဆိုရင် ကိုယ်ပိုင်အချိန်လေး ရဖို့မဖြစ်မနေလိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါမှလဲ စိတ်ရော လူပါ ကျန်းမာလှပတဲ့ မေမေတွေဖြစ်လာပြီး သားသားမီးမီးလေးတွေကို ပိုပြီးဂရုစိုက်လို့ရမှာပါနော်။

အခုလိုတွေပြောနေလို့ ဒီမေမေကရော အရမ်းတွေ Pro ကျပြီး Pro Max တွေဖြစ်နေပြီလားဆိုတော့ ကြိုးစားဆဲပါရှင်။ ကျမကိုယ်တိုင်လဲ အပေါ်မှာပြောထားသလိုတွေ anxieties တွေဖြစ်ပြီး စိတ်တွေကျခဲ့ပါတယ်၊ ကြိုးစားပြီး ကိုယ်စိတ်ဝင်စားတာလေးလုပ်ဖို့ သီးသန့်အချိန်လေးရှာခဲ့ပါတယ်…အစပိုင်းကတော့ခက်ခဲပါတယ် စိတ်ထဲမှာလဲ ငါလုပ်တာမှန်ရဲ့လားဆိုပြီးတော့တောင်ထင်မိတဲ့ အထိပါ၊ နောက်တော့တဖြေးဖြေးနဲ့အဆင်ပြေလာပါတယ်။

အခုနောက်ပိုင်းတော့ Me-time အနေနဲ့ တစ်ပတ်တစ်ရက် အပြင်ထွက်ပြီး Pilates or Yoga class သွားတယ်၊ Coffee ဆိုင်ထိုင် သီချင်းလေးနားထောင် စိတ်ဝင်စားတာလေးတွေရှာဖတ်ဘာညာ လုပ်ပါတယ်။ အဲ့လိုတွေလုပ်နိုင်တယ်ဆိုလို့ သူက ကလေးကူထိန်းပေးမည့်သူရှိတာကို သွားဖို့သူငယ်ချင်းအဖော်ရှိတာကိုလို့ မထင်လိုက်ပါတယ်၊ ကလေးထိန်းပေးဖို့အကူလဲမရှိသလို အဖော်လဲမရှိပါဘူး၊ ကလေးကို သူ့ Daddy နဲ့ပဲထားခဲ့ပြီး တစ်ယောက်တည်းပဲသွားတာပါ။ အဲ့တစ်ရက်ကတော့ Mommy’s day off ပါရှင် 😁
နေ့စဉ်ကတော့ မနက်ပိုင်း ကလေးမနိုးခင် ထပြီး Meditation & Yoga/Pilates Mat Work လုပ်ပါတယ်၊ အကယ်၍ မနက်ပိုင်းမလုပ်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ရင် ညနေ/ညဘက် လုပ်ဖြစ်အောင်ပါတယ်။
အချိန်ကတော့ ကိုယ့်သားသားမီးမီးလေးတွေရဲ့ အိပ်ချိန်နဲ့ညှိပြီး အဆင်ပြေအောင်ရှာကြည့်ပါရှင်…အနည်းဆုံးတော့ တစ်ပတ်မှာ တစ်ရက်/နှစ်ရက် နဲ့ အချိန် ၁နာရီ/၂ နာရီစာလောက်တော့ရှာကြည့်ပါ။ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်နိုင်ရင်တော့ အကောင်းဆုံးပေါ့ရှင် ✨😊

မေမေတွေလှပကျန်းမာဖို့ဆိုရင် ဖေဖေတွေရဲ့ support ကလဲလိုအပ်ပါတယ်၊ ကိုယ်ဖြစ်နေတာ ခံစားနေရတာတွေကို သေချာနားလည်အောင်ပြောပြပြီး ကိုယ်ပိုင်အချိန်ရအောင်ယူပါရှင်။

မနှစ်က 2023 December မှာတော့ ခရီးတွေသွား ရောက်တဲ့နေရာမှာ Yoga class လေးသွား join လိုက်၊ ရောက်ရာအရပ်ကနေ online class လေးတွေသင်လိုက်နဲ့ Not knowing what 2024 will bring to me.

ဒီနှစ် 2024 December မှာတော့ life is complete with my sweet little family ❤️၊ အခုမှ New Chapter began ဆိုတော့ အရင်လို yoga class လေးတွေပြန်မသင်နိုင်သေးပေမယ့် တတ်နိုင်သမျှ class လေးတွေ မြန်မြန် resume ပြန်လုပ်နိုင်အောင်ကြိုးစားပါ့မယ်ရှင်။

အခုလဲ 2025 မှာကိုယ့်အတွက် ဘယ်လိုကံကောင်းချင်းတွေ ယူဆောင်လာပေးမလဲ စောင့်စားရင်း… 😇

Wow, I am thrilled to announce that I have officially graduated from the Yoga and Sound Therapy CET program! 🤍

It was an absolutely amazing experience, and I couldn't have done it without the guidance of our lovely and passionate instructors and .p.a.t. I also want to give a shoutout to my wonderful classmates for their positive vibes and support throughout the journey. Had a chance to attend a gong bath session yesterday. The gong bath experience was simply mind-blowing, and I can't wait to explore more.
Thank you all for making this journey an unforgettable one!
