Is my s***m actually “okay”? 🤔 This is a question many men don’t ask… but it matters more than you think.
S***m health isn’t just about count. It also involves movement, shape, and even DNA quality. And the truth is, lifestyle habits like stress, sleep, diet, and smoking can all play a role over time.
In this reel, Dr Chua breaks down what healthy s***m really means, and when it might be a good time to get it checked.

“It’s just once in a while.”
“It’s just one sip.”
“It won’t make a difference.”
But over time, these small choices can quietly affect your health, including your reproductive health.
From what we eat, how active we are, to habits like smoking, alcohol, sleep and stress, our daily lifestyle plays a bigger role than we often realise.
Fertility isn’t something we only think about when we’re ready for a baby. It’s something we build over time.

When we think about fertility, we often focus on treatment, but everyday habits can play a role too.
Staying active isn’t just about fitness. It can support how your body manages stress, maintains hormone balance, and keeps your system in a healthier state overall.
Over time, small and consistent active routine can help to create a better foundation for your reproductive health.

This World Health Day, it’s a gentle reminder to check in with yourself.
To rest when you need to,
To listen to your body,
To not ignore the signs it’s trying to show you.

As March comes to an end, we wanted to share a gentle reminder about endometriosis.
Every woman experiences her cycle differently, but persistent or severe pain isn’t something you have to simply “live with”.
Always being aware of what’s normal for your body, and what isn’t, can make a difference over time. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s always okay to check 💛

Many women experience period pain, but when the pain becomes long-term or severe, it may be a sign that something else is going on.
This Endometriosis Awareness Month, join Dr Chua Ka-Hee and invited guest Ms Angelia Ng, founder of Babies Bliss, as they discuss period pain, when it may be more than just a “normal” period, and what women should know about their reproductive health.

Your 20s, 30s, 40s… your body changes and so does your egg reserve.
This month, as we talk about endometriosis and celebrate International Women’s Day, it’s also a good reminder to understand our reproductive health a little better 💛
Conditions like endometriosis can sometimes affect ovarian health, and AMH is one of the markers doctors use to understand egg reserve over time.
A fertility check can help you better understand your body, explore your options, and make informed decisions when the time feels right for you. Because taking care of your reproductive health is part of taking care of yourself 🤍
