Most people don’t wake up one day with neck or back pain. It usually builds slowly — long hours of sitting, working on screens, moving less, and holding the body the same way day after day.
At first, it’s just stiffness.
Then tight shoulders.
Then discomfort that comes and goes.
Over time, the body adapts, and pain becomes something we quietly live with.
Often, it’s not age or injury.
It’s posture.
