我们谨向 William Quek 先生及其团队表达最诚挚的感谢，感谢他们在我祖母的丧礼过程中，从开始到结束所提供的卓越服务。整个仪式庄重而温馨，非常适合我们这个小家庭。
从我们联系 Union Casket 的那一刻起，他们就非常细心，也真诚关心我们希望如何为祖母安排丧礼。William 在费用方面的说明既坦率又体贴，让我们清楚了解各项服务的开销。
由于这是我第一次为家人操办丧礼，过程难免让人感到不知所措，也有许多关于传统习俗的问题，既担心做错，又不希望过于繁琐。William 和他的团队始终耐心解答我们的疑问，回复迅速，并会提供不同的选择与建议，一路引导我们完成整个流程。

整个团队以耐心与细腻的态度陪伴我们走过整个过程，让我们能够专心为祖母送上一个体面的告别，好好说再见。
