Phoenix Clinic & Surgery Phoenix Clinic & Surgery is a Primary Care Medical Facility. We manage both acute and chronic diseases. We are a CHAS clinic and a Healthier SG clinic.

We are in partnership with NUHS PCN for holistic management of our patients. We aim to provide the best care to every patient every day. We welcome commentary and question of administrative nature. We ask that you keep your comments and posts relevant and respectful. Phoenix Clinic may remove any post or ban anyone who violate the guidelines. We do not believe in giving medical opinions, diagnosis nor recommend treatment without a proper consultation. We encourage you to seek medical attention for your ailments. Changes in operating hours, announcements, new product and services will be presented here. (Note: We are CLOSE on public holidays)

MOH would like to share the “Know Your Meds” Series initiative to educate patients with basic skills to manage their medication for themselves and their loved ones. Upon scanning the QR code, patients will have access to a series of videos and infographics to learn on medication management.

As part of the initiative, participants are also invited to complete a survey by 31 December 2024 and stand a chance to win a $5 voucher.
