Partner Yoga with Paris for Mental Wellness Month, October 18 (In collaboration with AIA)

Join us for a special partner yoga session this October in celebration of World Mental Health Day. This unique class brings together the physical benefits of yoga with the emotional support of connecting with others, creating a nurturing space for mental wellness and community.

Partner yoga is a beautiful practice that encourages trust, communication, and shared presence. Please feel free to come with a friend, or meet a new practice partner in class and explore supportive poses that require cooperation and mutual support – a powerful reminder that we don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

No previous yoga experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Come with an open heart and leave feeling supported, grounded, and connected. Refreshments provided after the class.

We’re opening our doors and we’d really love to see you💚

Come take a class, come say hi, or just come hang out with us. All yoga classes are at $15 and sound therapy at $25 for the weekend. And we have our friends from bringing coffee and matcha because they’re the best.

No fancy agenda — just want to share this space with you and celebrate together. It’s been a journey getting here and it wouldn’t mean much without all of you 🙏

The Classic 26 class, also commonly known as Hot Yoga or Bikram Yoga consists of a set sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises.

Each posture may heal or strength the spine, joints, muscles, and organs as well as the digestive, endocrine and nervous systems, including the brain.

A regular practice of this class serves as purification, medicine, and therapy to the body.

Kickstart the day with traditional Sun Salutations. An invigorating flow practice to connect the body to breath, and breath to Mind. Energise for the rest of the day with variations of Surya Namaskara as practised in Gokul Yoga. Gokul Yoga honours the Mrdu(elementary) – Madhya(intermediate) -Adhimatra(advanced) system in the Yoga Sutras. This system echoes throughout the practice, and the layers of our being. This is important groundwork for yoga practice.
