How do we help employees thrive in a changing workplace?

In our recent 𝑨𝒅𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 @𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝑳𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍 2 𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, iSPACE alumni strengthened soft skills like communication and problem-solving. Guided by the Mediating Learning Practice Framework (MLPF), they engaged in rich discussions, analyzed diverse information, and co-created action plans to solve real-world problems.

By linking these skills to workplace contexts, participants built confidence in flexible thinking - essential for adapting to change and navigating evolving demands.

On 1 August 2025, the PCS iSpace team proudly participated in Bizlink’s SkillsFuture Learning Festival for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) at the Enabling Business Hub @ Jurong. The event featured highly subsidised training opportunities tailored for PwDs.

We showcased two key programmes:

• The 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒆 supports PwDs who aspire to work in the early childhood sector as Assistant Early Years Educators, nurturing and supporting young children.

• The 𝑬𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝑨𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒆 trains PwDs with the essential skills to take on roles as Eldercare Aides in the senior care centre.

𝐑𝐇𝐁 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤’𝐬 𝐒𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓 program on July 12, 2025, was a hit! Our alumni, caregivers and trainers came together for an interactive session packed with financial insights. From managing daily finances to spotting scams, attendees gained valuable skills.
