Learn myofascial self-release techniques with experienced teachers Kimberlyn and Dina. Using just a tennis ball and body awareness, you'll discover how to find and release trigger points in your neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs.

This 2-hour workshop teaches you practical techniques for releasing deep tension in the fascia - the connective tissue that stretching alone can't reach. You'll develop the body awareness to recognize tension patterns and the tools to address them with care.

All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
