What are Static Wrinkles and Dynamic Wrinkles?

📌 Static wrinkles are lines visible on the face even at rest.
Causes: Loss of elasticity/collagen, sun exposure, smoking
Areas: Eyes, cheeks, neck, around the mouth

💡 Tip: Use dermal fillers with hyaluronic acid to restore skin volume and elasticity, adding moisture and plumping the skin to smooth out deep lines and creases.

📌 Dynamic wrinkles form from repeated facial movements like smiling, frowning, or squinting.
Causes: Facial muscle contractions over time
Areas: Forehead, crow’s feet, smile lines, frown lines

💡 Tip: Consider BTX to relax facial muscles and prevent expression lines, reducing muscle movement to smooth out dynamic wrinkles and give the skin a more youthful look.
