Participants will learn how to go into a hypnotic state on their own. Participants will learn how to harness the power of the subconscious, how to re-train the mind to shift from a negative mindset to a positive one, and to use hypnosis for self-improvement. Participants will also experience self-healing through hypnosis to clear emotional blocks. Participants will also learn how to guide their friends and family members into hypnosis for the purpose of giving them positive suggestions.

Practicing self-hypnosis can be beneficial in many profound ways: (1) to rid oneself of old habits and addictions; (2) improve one’s overall sense of well-being and mood (3) improve interpersonal relationships (4) help to reduce anxiety and stress (5) increase confidence (6) improve focus, study habits and exam performance (7) heal from stress-induced illnesses (8) be attuned and to answer one’s calling in life (9) bring one’s highest philosophies and beliefs into one’s everyday life.
