• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents of Singapore.
• Currently unemployed
• English Literate
• Computer Literate
We apologise that due to limited vacancies, we will be conducting a phone call interview to assess suitability prior to the event. We regret that only selected candidates who have not attended past ECCS training will be invited.
Event Outline:
A 3-day fun and interactive learning experience through games, role play and practical live call using Eureka’s Cloud Call Centre System.
Day 1 – Introduction to Call Centre & learn what it takes to be a successful call agent
Day 2 – Remote Call Centre System Usage
Learn how to use a customised Cloud Call Centre System created to enable persons with physical / visual impairment to make calls independently and remotely.
Day 3 – LIVE CALLS
Challenge yourself to take ACTION! Experience making your first call using a Cloud Call Centre System
