My Goal is to spread awareness to all that we are able of taking care of ourselves by just tuning into your own body and turly know what their body needs(whether in training or dieting) Hey WORLD!!!;)

My main goal is to empower anyone with the knowledge of bringing one's Optimal Being Within OUT of them by truly knowing and understanding their body and its needs!!! My AIM is to show my clients that all IS possible to keep fit in our present busy Lives without Personal Trainers or gyms that just seep money from clients even if they DON'T COMMIT NOR DEDICATE some seriousness to their individual care of their fitness/health/Well-Being. My Training Regime/ Lesson plans and individually catered diet to your specific needs ie. includes Clients on 1.Normal Supplemented diet- (like isolated protein shake; anabolic pills ; Creatine ect...) ; 2.Natural Dieting- no shakes, pills or creatine just good wholesome food and multi-vitamins!!! ; 3. Vegan/Raw Diet (For me, This is my personal choice And will fill you in with details if interested). WILL ONLY TAKE IN CLIENTS that WANT to change for themselves and are willing to truly dedicate a little time in their daily lives to love themselves. Just by having some dedication in listening & understanding their body's needs will truly bringing out the OPTIMAL being within them!!! If that HASN'T been shown by the client within the 2nd week of the third month, I will take the third months charges for my services and our contract will be broken and WILL cease training untill one is truly ready. As established ABOVE I'm not like any Personal Trainer or Gym who just SEEP clients cash as i mentioned above. WISHING ALL, LOVE & LIGHT FILLING YOUR LIFES!!! ;)
