Kindly note the updated timings due to new disinfecting measures in place. Due to the Safe Management measures, we only allow up to 16 pax to join any workout. Users are required to scan the SafeEntry Code on the T-base stand for our contact tracing.

Happy 26TH Anniversary to my 1st Company ELITE ( Enjoy LIFE In & Through Exercise) FIT , my tears, my sweat, my true awakening.

From personal training , corporate wellness programs , motivational talks for Secondary and Primary schools in whole Singapore , to creating gyms for Luxury Hotels & Homes globally and now to owning the 1st kids indoor playground , PLAYtopia Sg.

Built the inside the National Library , PLAYtopia Sg was build with the community in mind , advocating Learn through Play for the children. PLAYtopia Sg was born 2 years ago .

Elite Fit keeps evolving with me physically , mentally and spiritually.

Interact with our speaker in real time for 30 minutes straight as he or she shares knowledge and encourages discussions surrounding health and wellness with our virtual audience!

Kickstarting our series tomorrow will be Ms Laila White, CEO of aQieve, who has more than 20 years of global experience in fitness and wellness from her base in Singapore. In 2017, she launched A.D.A.T (A Day At A Time) as a community outreach health and fitness programme in Singapore to encourage a healthy lifestyle through group exercise.

She believes that one’s well-being is closely linked to a perfectly balanced state of body, mind, and spirit and will share useful insights on preparing ourselves for post-lockdown during tomorrow’s session. We’d love for you to join us! Don’t miss it!
