Kindly note the updated timings due to new disinfecting measures in place. Due to the Safe Management measures, we only allow up to 16 pax to join any workout. Users are required to scan the SafeEntry Code on the T-base stand for our contact tracing.

We’d like to gently remind all participants that entry to OTH will require temperature screening. Please remember to observe safe distancing and wear your mask at all times after completing your exercises.

Happy 26TH Anniversary to my 1st Company ELITE ( Enjoy LIFE In & Through Exercise) FIT , my tears, my sweat, my true awakening.

From personal training , corporate wellness programs , motivational talks for Secondary and Primary schools in whole Singapore , to creating gyms for Luxury Hotels & Homes globally and now to owning the 1st kids indoor playground , PLAYtopia Sg.

Built the inside the National Library , PLAYtopia Sg was build with the community in mind , advocating Learn through Play for the children. PLAYtopia Sg was born 2 years ago .

Elite Fit keeps evolving with me physically , mentally and spiritually.

PS: There are several queries regarding why there are more KPOPXLITE and only Zumba Gold. PLs be informed these classes are not determined by my company. OTH is owned by PA .
The HQ determines during this Covid 19 pandemic what type of classes stays and what goes. If HQ cancels all activities, they do have the authority, as their FIRST PRIORITY is to safeguard the WELL BEING OF OUR NATION. OTH have to abide all the rules and so do we at ELITEFIT and LAILA WHITE PteLtd. Let’s us rejoice we are resuming these FREE classes and hope we can progress and move forward. Just , Singpore.
