Good morning! I woke up on this rainy morning and was compelled to write this…. Speaking to myself and I hope it speaks to some of you too.

*I Can Live With That*

Life is rarely perfect.
Our bodies may ache, our joints may creak,
and some mornings, discomfort wakes before we do.

This morning, I felt the familiar ache in my upper right arm —
the one that’s lingered since my stroke last year.
It’s been months, and gets worse in the night if I lay on my right side.

It’s just a quiet reminder of the storm I walked through,
and the grace that carried me out.

I’ve learned something along the way:
not every pain needs to steal our joy.
Not every scar needs to be erased before we can live fully.
Some things we heal,
some things we adapt to,
and some things we simply learn to live with.

If my heart is strong, I can live with slower steps.
If my mind is clear, I can live with a few aches.
If my soul is at peace, I can live with imperfection.

So I will rise each day with gratitude.
I will notice the beautiful things in my life.
I will laugh loudly, love deeply,
and breathe in the gift of being here — still here.

Because life is too precious to wait for perfection.
Too short to measure only by comfort.
Too sacred to waste on what’s missing.

Some things I will fight to change.
Some I will lay gently down.
And for the rest,
with a full heart and a quiet smile,
I will say—
I can live with that.

May you all have a beautiful day and life too.

Why are we seeing a surge in cancer cases? Even in children as young as 10 can get it?

All living things (that includes us), must breathe and eat to live. We cannot stop breathing and that would mean any breath we take, could contain harmful pathogens or environmental toxins.

How does our body protect us from harm then?

I have this important post to share.

What do you really know about NMN?

Last week, I heard of NMN being advertised on SG radio. Everything all good of course. But there are always 2 sides to a coin.

I am not against NMN as it’s a crucial component in our cells. But I am definitely very weary of all the hype about what it can do and how do you ensure you are getting what you are buying?

Over the past 17 years, I have proven that network antioxidants in VigourCells give us the health, youth and vigour we seek and it’s a natural health product certified by Health Canada to be safe and effective.

Stick with the real science and proven facts and especially, check how long new products have been around.

Anyway, I wrote this article (it’s actually my second on NMN) as I felt it is important to give the other side of how NMNs can fuel cancer growth as well.
