My Gut Said Yes But I Needed Clarity

Novaa resonated with me, even before it had a name. In my heart, I felt the pull immediately. But, intuition alone wasn’t enough.

Before committing, I asked to see the process myself. I needed to understand how these bowls were truly made.

Guided by an expert in quartz technology,
I walked through the production line.

What I saw surprised me. This is a high-precision technical process, yet each crystal bowl is still crafted by hand, individually.

The sterile, safety-controlled environment
ensures ethical production, far from the small-scale sweatshop stories I’d heard before.

Every question I had was met with clear, scientific explanations. Facts I could cross-check, verify, and understand.

In that moment, my confidence in this collaboration deepened.

Slowing Down or Making Space?

2025 began with pauses, letting go, and choosing uncertainty over comfort.

Releasing a fixed studio.
Working while moving between cities.
Saying yes to mentoring fewer people, but more deeply.
Stepping into creation from the familiar rhythm.
There were moments when it felt risky when the ground wasn’t fully solid yet.

But growth rarely comes from what is familiar.
What I’ve learned is this:
When you trust what feels right, even before it makes sense, life has a way of meeting you there.

2025 reminded me that expansion doesn’t always look busy.

It may look like freedom, clarity, and a subtle kind of confidence.

If you’re standing at the edge of something uncertain, this is your reminder:

Don’t let comfort be the thing that holds you back.

Happy New Year!

✨A gift that changed everything.
My very first crystal bowl in this reel!

Coloured with my own hands! Deep magenta and brown. It’s earthy and bright at the same time.

I didn’t plan to own one. This bowl came into my life because I was invited to CREATE it.

I didn’t realise it then, but I had just crossed a line — from practitioner, teacher … to creator.

Some gifts don’t arrive to be kept.
They arrive to open a new door.

More of this journey next.

💡Noticing green marks on your Tibetan singing bowl?

This is called verdigris — a natural oxidation that forms when copper in the bowl reacts with moisture, air, or skin contact.

It’s common, especially in well-used bowls, and it’s not a defect.

While verdigris isn’t harmful, allowing it to build up can affect the bowl’s surface and sensitivity over time. Regular, respectful care helps preserve both the physical condition and the quality of sound.

How I Recommend Cleaning It

What you need:
• Baking soda
• Warm water
• A soft cloth or sponge

Steps:
1. Mix baking soda with warm water to create a mild paste
2. Apply gently to the affected areas
3. Rub softly in circular motions — no pressure
4. Rinse with clean water
5. Dry completely before storing or playing

Avoid chemical cleaners or abrasive tools. Singing bowls respond best to simple, natural care.

A well-maintained bowl stays clear, responsive, and true to its voice.

A reminder to ‘renew’ your singing bowls.

Our Story

Our singing bowls are all handcrafted in Nepal by metal artisans. Made with seven metals, when struck or rubbed, different metals vibrate at different frequencies hence producing complex singing tones and natural harmonics. These sounds, frequencies and vibrations influence our bodies and minds through resonance. Playing the singing bowl itself is a kind of mindfulness meditation. It promotes inner peace and clarity. Large singing bowls can be used to ease tension, stress and pain. Overall, it is a quick and effective way to achieve peace and relaxation. As the resonance of the singing bowl can bring our awareness to a deep meditative state. It is not uncommon for healers to make use of the singing bowls to bypass the conscious mind and work with the sub-conscious mind in areas such as past life reading and ascension. Let me know if you are interested in experiencing a singing bowl resonance therapy session. Our Singing Bowl Gallery is a perfect place for clients to connect with their ideal singing bowl. We have a wide variety of sizes and tones for our clients to choose from. We provide good space, time and acoustics for the selection of an ideal sound. We believe this is the best way for our clients to connect with their true match of sound and frequencies. Do feel free to arrange a private viewing and free demo with us. We are conveniently located near at 33 Erskine Road 01-05. Appointments are available from 11am to 7pm.
