A personal milestone in July✨

This isn’t the first time I’ve worked with overseas clients, but something about this felt extra special.

My client discovered my online course and began incorporating Singing Bowl Healing Methods into his healing process.

Then, not only 1, but 2 clients travelled to Singapore to meet me in person for 1:1 healing and coaching sessions.

Last Saturday, an intimate group were introduced to the Sound Signal Method™. During paired practices, my course participants not only accurately identified a number of issues for each other, one of the workshop participants even detected an old heart palpitation issue for her partner through the sound shift from the singing bowl. She was so excited that such clear connection with the singing bowl is possible!

Sound Signal Method™ is an approach developed by Christina Shiu through over a decade of hands-on sound healing practice. A practical, observation-based approach that uses the changing sound of the singing bowl as a signal to detect imbalances in the body. Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have imagined this.

Back then, singing bowl sound baths were still niche, rarely spoken of—especially in diverse workplaces where people come from various cultural and faith backgrounds. But times are changing.

Just two weeks ago, a client told me the response to our sound bath was so overwhelming that we had to move the event to a larger space.

Thankfully, at the Esplanade—one of Asia’s busiest arts centres—options abound. They brought me to a tucked-away studio on the top floor of the iconic “durian” architecture. Playing the bowls in such a unique space was an experience to remember.

One of our roles is to offer true information and translate ancient wisdom into everyday relevance.

Being able to explain and guide people from all faiths, beliefs, and walks of life with words they can relate to enables us to share the benefits of sounds and vibrations with many more.

It is possible to make this practice inclusive and impactful, bridging the gap between the spiritual roots of singing bowl healing and the real needs of modern life.

Our Story

Our singing bowls are all handcrafted in Nepal by metal artisans. Made with seven metals, when struck or rubbed, different metals vibrate at different frequencies hence producing complex singing tones and natural harmonics. These sounds, frequencies and vibrations influence our bodies and minds through resonance. Playing the singing bowl itself is a kind of mindfulness meditation. It promotes inner peace and clarity. Large singing bowls can be used to ease tension, stress and pain. Overall, it is a quick and effective way to achieve peace and relaxation. As the resonance of the singing bowl can bring our awareness to a deep meditative state. It is not uncommon for healers to make use of the singing bowls to bypass the conscious mind and work with the sub-conscious mind in areas such as past life reading and ascension. Let me know if you are interested in experiencing a singing bowl resonance therapy session. Our Singing Bowl Gallery is a perfect place for clients to connect with their ideal singing bowl. We have a wide variety of sizes and tones for our clients to choose from. We provide good space, time and acoustics for the selection of an ideal sound. We believe this is the best way for our clients to connect with their true match of sound and frequencies. Do feel free to arrange a private viewing and free demo with us. We are conveniently located near at 33 Erskine Road 01-05. Appointments are available from 11am to 7pm.
