Responsible Rescue

Responsible Rescue Responsible Rescue is a First Aid training company that offers a full range of First Aid courses within Singapore. Snacks and socializing also included!

Responsible Rescue offers a full range of First Aid and CPR courses. Some of our most popular courses are described below.

1) 'Mum to the Rescue' First Aid classes

As the mother of a typically rambunctious 2 year old as well as a 4 month old I've had to draw upon my first aid skills much more than I expected in these first years of motherhood. Even though I'm a Registered Nurse and First Aid I

nstructor, nothing can really prepare you fully for those frightful few moments during an accident or illness. It is so important to have basic first aid knowledge and skills at your finger tips so you can quickly react when your little one inevitably gets hurt. This is your opportunity to learn those skills and meet some other moms along the way! You'll learn about infant/child CPR, drowning and choking (practicing on real manikins), as well as first aid for injuries (cuts, scrapes, punctures, burns, bones and muscle injuries, head injuries, seizures, bites/stings, allergic reactions, poisoning) and common childhood illnesses (coughs and colds, croup, fever, dehydration, heat related illness, dengue, HFMD). Cost of the course will be $150 per person

Private classes: If the scheduled course dates don't work for you and you and a group of 4-8 friends would like to organize a separate class at a location convenient to you please contact me at marnifirstaid@gmail.com. Host discount applies. Also if you are interested in taking the full American Red Cross certification course (7 hrs) which covers topics more relevant to adults please send me an email.

2) 'Helper to the Rescue' First Aid classes

This class is designed specifically for Domestic Helpers but covers the same content as the 'Mum to the Rescue' classes. Having returned to work full-time when my son was 6 months old, I know how difficult it can be to leave your child at home. No matter how attentive or wonderful your Domestic Helper is, accidents happen and the person looking after your child needs to know how to deal with them. This class will give your Helper the confidence (and you the peace of mind!) to respond appropriately to a medical emergency. The class will cover child and infant CPR, drowning and choking (practicing on real manikins) as well as first aid for injuries (cuts, scrapes, punctures, burns, bones and muscle injuries, head injuries, seizures, bites/stings, allergic reactions, poisoning) and common childhood illnesses (coughs and colds, croup, fever, dehydration, heat related illness, dengue, HFMD)

I am a Registered Nurse, First Aid instructor and mother of a 2 year old and 4 month old so you can rest assured that this course will cover the most relevant topics and allow ample time for practice. Cost of the class will be $150 per person

Private classes: If the scheduled class dates don't work for you and you and a group of 4-8 friends would like to organize a separate class for your Helpers please contact me at marnifirstaid@gmail.com. In addition if you are interested in having your Helper take a formal certification course which covers additional topics more relevant to adults, please contact me.

3) American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid training for International School Staff

I provide American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid training and certification for International Schools all across Singapore. Response-Able Rescue is currently training all United World College of Southeast Asia (UWCSEA) staff. These courses can be tailored to meet your needs.
