Our Medical Director, was featured on , sharing more insights about Pico 755nm laser, the latest development in picosecond tech.

Picosecond lasers differ based on wavelengths, with 755nm and 1064nm being more common. 755nm wavelength is best suited to revitalise skin, while reducing risk of bleeding and side effects. On the other hand, the 1064nm wavelength is more attracted to hemoglobin and is better at treating blood-related issues like redness or broken blood vessels.

Good news! We are glad to announce that we have received the Gold Award for our Hyaluronic Acid fillers with patented CPM technology as well as our CaHA Biostimulator fillers. Our Medical Director has also been given the Local Trainer Appreciation Award for 2024.

Our Hyaluronic Acid filler is an injectable hyaluronic acid skin booster designed to improve hydration, elasticity, and firmness of the skin. It can be used to treat skin conditions such as sun damaged skin, dehydrated or dry skin, fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, as well as dull skin condition.

Our CaHa Biostimulator filler is made of Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres, and it can have a volumising effect when injected in areas with facial volume deficit or depressed scars, while promoting new collagen formation at the same time.

It is US FDA-cleared laser for treating melasma, uses ultra-short 755nm energy pulses to target pigmentation, breaking it down for easier natural elimination. This non-ablative treatment minimises downtime while also stimulating collagen production for overall skin rejuvenation.

Our Medical Director, , recently joined DJ Ling Zhi on Capital 95.8FM to discuss different types of pigmentation on the skin, including freckles and age spots, and treatment options available.

One of the treatments he introduced was a Pico 755nm laser treatment that is FDA-cleared for the treatment of pigmentation concerns such as freckles, age spots, and sunspots. The Pico 755nm laser is particularly well-suited for Asian skin, as its specific wavelength minimises the risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation while stimulating new cell regeneration, leading to clearer and healthier skin. The treatment also helps refine pores and improve overall skin texture and brightness.

Dr. Ngiam also discussed about the Long Pulsed 1064 Nd:YAG laser, a laser used for vascular and pigmentation conditions, including redness, rosacea, broken capillaries, and pigmented lesions. It works by targeting abnormal blood vessels and excess pigment, helping to reduce discoloration and improve skin clarity.

Our Medical Director, has been featured on , sharing more insights about the latest micro-focused ultrasound treatment, a non-invasive treatment for lifting and tightening the skin. Micro-focused ultrasound uses ultrasound waves to target specific tissue depths, and is US FDA cleared. Recently, Dr Ngiam had the honour of representing Singapore at the PharmaResearch Global Symposium (PGS) in Gangneung, Korea. This prestigious event, attended by over 500 international delegates, provided an opportunity to share insights on Salmon DNA and its role in advancing regenerative aesthetics.

In addition, Dr Ngiam travelled to Chengdu and Chongqing, China, where he shared advanced combination therapies such as acne scar management, neck rejuvenation, and periorbital treatments. These exchanges have been instrumental in fostering innovation and strengthening ties between Singapore and global leaders in the medical aesthetics field.
