Swedish folk sayings often allude to the ‘dandelion child’. The term refers to a child who can thrive anywhere and regardless of his or her circumstances; the name ‘Dandelion Educational Psychology Services’ was inspired by this. I aim to become a reliable and approachable provider of evidence-based psychological services for preschool and school-aged children with developmental, learning and beha

vioural difficulties, as well as their families. With my years of experience working in the public service, schools and hospital clinics both in Singapore and Australia, I hope that I will be able to play a vital role in developing the resilience and well-being of children, youth and families in Singapore.
