Singapore Meditation Easy to learn and a great stress-buster! Restore inner balance and health in body, mind and spirit wi

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple and easy meditation technique that will help you to achieve a deep state of peace and ‘Self’ awareness in your life. It doesn’t require tricky postures, difficult breathing exercises or chanting. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is not just a theory or system of beliefs, but something with which you can verify on your central nervous system, and helps to get the real state of meditation – where mind is without any unwanted thoughts but still alert and relaxed.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Singapore! 🇸🇬

On this special National Day, we Sahaja Yogis in Singapore come together with gratitude and love—for the nation’s journey since 9 August 1965. As Singapore celebrates its independence, we too honour our individual journeys toward inner freedom and self-awareness.

Through effortless meditation, Sahaja Yoga nurtures inner peace, balance, and self-realization—qualities that mirror Singapore’s boundless harmony and unity. From our diverse roots, regardless of race, language or religion, we awaken the kundalini energy within, connecting to a state of pure thoughtless awareness where true freedom resides.

Join us, the Sahaja Yogis of Singapore, as we celebrate the nation’s “birthday” by inviting you to tap into your own inner freedom. 🌴 ✨

💕 We invite you to join us anytime—for inner peace, balance, and self-realization through Sahaja Yoga. 🙏

Who founded Sahaja Yoga, and why?

Nirmala Srivastava, more fondly known as Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, was a medical student, freedom fighter, and global humanitarian who believed that true change begins from within.

She introduced Sahaja Yoga in 1970 — a simple, free technique anyone can use to calm the mind, balance emotions, and discover inner peace.

Her legacy continues today through free meditation sessions offered across the world.
