Yong-en celebrates our 20th year in serving the less priviledge in Chinatown and beyond. It is all possible through do-gooders like our runners and yourselves.

We grieve over the passing of Mr S R Nathan. He has a caring heart for the less fortunate that led him to initiate the President’s Challenge in 2000. An annual fund-raising campaign that gained much support from the community. Yong-en Care Centre has benefitted greatly from the President’s Challenge grant. The proceeds have supported our cause tremendously, such as regular food ration supply and financial assistance for our needy clients.

Mr Nathan’s legacy on care, love and compassion will be cherished. Mr Nathan, you will be missed.
