Fertility isn’t just a women’s issue. Up to 50% of infertility cases involve men and yet many men never get checked.

Why it matters for men to do fertility checks too:
* Identifies treatable causes like low s***m count, poor motility or hormone imbalances.
* Detects underlying health problems (e.g. diabetes, varicoceles, even early prostate/testicular issues).
* Saves couples time, stress, and unnecessary procedures for women.

Love to travel? Don’t let your bladder suffer. From staying hydrated to regular bathroom breaks, here’s how to keep your urinary system happy on the go.
1. Plan regular bathroom breaks where possible, don’t “hold it” too long.
2. Stay hydrated but sip fluids steadily instead of gulping large amounts.
3. Do simple pelvic floor stretches or walks during breaks.
4. Avoid excessive caffeine and alcohol as these could irritate the bladder and cause dehydration.
5. Wear comfortable clothing to avoid pressure around the bladder area.
