Think s***m are just simple little swimmers? Well, science shows some bizarre factors can affect their health! Here are some of them:
1. Tight underwear. Tight briefs increase scrotal heat which can potentially lower s***m count. Try boxers!
2. Cycling. Cycling too long compresses the nerves and overheats the groin. What can you do about it? Use a padded seat, take breaks in between rides!
3. Processed meats. Nitrates in bacon or sausages have shown to affect s***m DNA. Opt for fresher and unprocessed meats.
4. Lack of sleep. Poor sleep affects your testosterone levels and causes your s***m health to be affected. Make sure you get 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.
5. Hot laptops on your lap. Prolonged heat from devices such as your laptops can increase heat in the groin area, lowering s***m count and motility. It is better to use a desk!
