I used to think I just had no discipline when it came to food…
Like why am I craving snacks ALL the time?
Even after eating? Even when I’m not actually hungry?
Late night = sweet cravings
Random time = want something to munch on
Every. single. day.
Turns out… it’s not just about willpower.
Sometimes your body is just out of balance -
and that’s what keeps triggering those unnecessary cravings.
When I started focusing on supporting my body instead of fighting it,
things actually felt easier.
I still eat what I want…
just not ALL the time anymore 🤍
Less random snacking
Less “I need something sweet right now”
More control without forcing
