“You’re trying… but it’s still not happening.”
If you’ve been diagnosed with Endometriosis, this could be the missing piece.
It’s not about trying harder.
It’s about addressing what’s happening inside.
What may help:
• Treat the underlying cause, not just manage symptoms
• Support egg quality and overall reproductive health
• Consider frozen embryo transfer instead of fresh (in selected cases)
• Reduce inflammation that may affect implantation
Consult a fertility specialist.

You’ve probably heard of IVF but not quite clear what it's involve.
Is it just one treatment?
One procedure? One chance?
Not quite.

IVF is a programme — a step-by-step journey:
From understanding your body,
to creating embryos,
to choosing the right moment to try.

If you’ve been wondering whether IVF is your next step,
this might be the clarity you’ve been looking for.

“They came to film IVF… but what they discovered was something most people never see.”

When the Media Crew from Lianhe Zaobao stepped into our embryology lab, the focus quickly shifted.

It wasn’t just about IVF. It’s the unseen details—environment, timing, and decisions behind every embryo.
Dr Chen Nai Qing shares what really happens inside the lab.

You thought it was just a small pimple… you applied all sort of things but it keeps coming back.
It could be an a**l fistula — a small tunnel formed after an infection near the a**s.
💬 Why it happens
💬 Why it doesn’t go away on its own
💬 What treatment actually works
This isn’t something you have to silently tolerate or feel embarrassed about. It’s more common than you think, and it’s treatable. See a colorectal specialist and get it checked.

AMH is just one piece. Not the full fertility picture. It tells you about your ovarian reserve (egg quantity). But it doesn’t tell us if you can get pregnant.

To really understand fertility, we usually look at a few key areas:

• Ovulation – are you releasing eggs regularly?
• Hormones – how your body is regulating your cycle
• Fallopian tubes – are they open for s***m and egg to meet?
• Uterus – is the environment suitable for implantation?
• S***m health – because fertility is not just about the female side

If you’re trying to conceive or planning ahead,
it’s worth looking at fertility as a whole, not just AMH.

Behind every IVF journey, there’s a moment most people never witness.

This is how your embryo is carefully frozen.
Not rushed. Not automated. Every step is controlled, monitored, and handled with precision.

For many couples, this tiny moment quietly holds hope for the future.

“I thought it was just a heavy period…”
That’s usually how the story begins.

Heavier flow than before.
Clots that seem a bit larger.
Cramps that feel more intense, but still “manageable.”

So you carry on. Work, family, daily life.

Until it starts affecting you more than you expected — fatigue, discomfort, planning your days around your cycle.

In clinic, this is often when we discover uterine fibroids.
Fibroids are common, and many women may have them without realising.
Some remain small and cause no issues.
Others can grow and lead to heavier bleeding, pain, or pressure symptoms.

The challenge is that these changes tend to happen gradually, so they’re easy to normalise.

If your period or symptoms have changed over time, it’s reasonable to have it assessed properly.
A simple evaluation can help you understand what’s happening and what your options are.

SG vs MY Hari Raya… same celebration, different rhythm 🇸🇬🇲🇾

In Singapore, visits are planned and time moves a little faster.
In Malaysia, doors stay open and time slows down.

But the heart of Raya stays the same… family, food, and being together ❤️

Colonoscopy sounds scary!
Many people delay a colonoscopy because they imagine something painful or complicated. The truth is often very different.

A colonoscopy is a short medical procedure that helps doctors check the colon for causes of symptoms like bleeding, bowel changes, or abdominal discomfort. Most patients are sedated and go home the same day.

Understanding what it is — and what it isn’t — can make the decision much easier.

Swipe through to learn more.

If you have symptoms like blood in stools, ongoing bowel changes, or persistent abdominal pain, getting proper medical advice matters.

“We keep going back and forth.”
That’s how many couples describe deciding between a fresh or frozen embryo transfer.
There isn’t one right answer. Sometimes, it just takes time, conversation, and space to decide what feels right for you.
The decision usually depends on your hormones, your lining and your response during treatment.
If you're unsure, speak with your fertility specialist.

“We just want to make the right decision.”

We hear this often from couples starting IVF, especially when deciding between a fresh or frozen embryo transfer.

Some feel ready to continue immediately. Others feel they need time for their body to recover after stimulation. Both are normal. Both options can work well.

What matters most is choosing based on your situation and condition. If you’re feeling unsure, that's what your fertility specialist is for -- to guide you in your journey.
