𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬!
Here's how to freeze leftover broth in an ice cube tray:

1️⃣Pour the stock into the ice cube tray (𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙎𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙤𝙣 𝙄𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 !) and freeze.
2️⃣Once the broth has frozen solid, pop all the broth cubes out and store in a freezer-safe bag or other container.
3️⃣Take out one or more as needed!

It's just one more way an ice cube tray is a surprisingly helpful kitchen tool! ❤

𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐛 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞

🥄 1 pack - Mdm Choo NO MSG Collagen Herbal Bak K*t Teh Ready-to-cook Soup
🥄 500g - Amir's Premium Frozen Meat - Lamb Shoulder Chop
🥄 100g - Xiao Bai Cai or any green veggie

🥄 Optional - Salt and pepper according to taste. Can add ginger or chilli padi if you love spicy

Method:

1) Cut the lamb shoulder chop and green veggie into bite size.
2) Defrost and boil the herbal Ready-to-cook Soup based.
3) Add the cut and washed lamb shoulder chop into the boiling soup.
4) Boil in middle heat for 15 min then add the washed veggie and boil for another 5-8 min.
5) Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot. Optional: for spicy, add chilli padi.
