We are five passionate yogis from vastly different backgrounds who met and bonded over our time in Yoga Teacher Training. So, we decided to turn our zeal for merely practicing yoga to sharing yoga (the calming benefits of boosting your mood, helping you to de-stress and strengthening your mind and body – need we say more?) with others. Here at Yoganonamé (pronounced "yo-ga-no-na-meh"), we’ve combi
ned our various strengths to create a space for a dynamic practice for one and all, whether it’s your virgin yoga class or your 1,000th class. We believe that you can achieve whatever you set your heart on, be it that elusive Crow Pose or Headstand, or just to get your heels firmly planted on the mat in a Down-Dog.
2. BUT (and there’s always a “but”, isn’t there?) we also believe in being patient and kind to your body, and would like encourage a mindset of acceptance in the practice that you share with us. Even if you just want to deepen your physical practice or explore a more spiritual aspect of yoga for self-discovery, we’d be most honoured to join you on your yoga journey. **Discontinuation of Yoganonamé at Anahata Yoga Studio (as of July 2017)**
Dear Yogis,
It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of our decision to close the chapter on Yoganonamé @ Anahata studio. This was a difficult decision to make, and we are truly saddened to say goodbye to all our friends and students who have shared their practice with us this past year. We are thankful for your support and generous contributions, all of which will be donated in good faith to SCWO, our selected charity organisation. We hope that you will continue to maintain your practice, both on and off the mat, and may you find peace and connect with yourselves – one breath at a time.
