**SCULPT: The No 1 Weight Loss Gym**

Great transformation by who managed to lose 3.5kg in 3 weeks! A highly motivated individual, she took her journey really seriously . From being consistent in her eating habits to being consistent in her lifting weights,

She has lost a good amount of weight and lifts much heavier than a lot of guys we know. ( she actually hip thrusts about 120kg for 12 reps )

**9KG WEIGHT LOSS TRANSFORMATION**
BEFORE: 79KG
NOW: 70KG

- All it took him was , 16 WEEKS

Before embarking on his fitness journey at Sculpt, Surya was just an average Singaporean living the hustling corporate life, neglecting his health and fitness. All these eventually caught up with him and he was at his all time high at 79kg in October 2023. His goal was to get in shape to prepare for his upcoming wedding photo shoot. Coach Leon wasted no time and helped him made feasible adjustments to his lifestyle. Fast forward to December 2023, Surya is now standing at 70KG, after losing a whopping 9KG, with improved muscle mass and lowered body fat. He is now at his best shape of his life with a new found knowledge of learning how to have healthy eating habits while keeping his workouts on track.

Miss Y came into Sculpt wanting to improve her general fitness. Coach Joel educated her on both the importance of exercise and nutrition. Slowly but surely, she started to see results and changes in her body definitions. Both Miss Y and Coach Joel decided to give an additional push to help her lose abit of weight and gain more muscles to allow her body to look more toned and defined. You can even start to observe her abs are starting to show!! Her journey has just began with much more to work on.

Jessica has always led a sedentary lifestyle without any knowledge regarding food and nutrition. Coach Joel slowly guided her on the right type of macronutrition allocation and gradually increased her activity level. Her Weightloss was slow at the start but subsequently as she gotten the hang of it, she managed to lose around 6kg with ease. Great job Jessica. We are super proud of you.

Before coming in to Sculpt, Andrew had difficulties in watching in diet and nutrition and was also new to weightlifting. Under the guidance of Coach Firdaus, he is now able to consistently perform strength training along with some light cardio independently. Over here at Sculpt, we are helping clients to achieve self sustainability. Along with cutting back fast food in his diet, Andrew has managed to lose 5kg in a mere 2 months.
