The 35 Bracket:
Issue: Faster inflammation, barrier resilient but weakening.
Goal: Prevent dehydration lines.

The 45 Bracket:
Issue: Wild estrogen fluctuations, slower barrier recovery.
Goal: Manage actives overload (skin can't handle harsh acids).

"I'm using the same expensive cream I used 5 years ago, but my face looks tired." 📉 Of course it does. Your biology has changed 🧬 Skin at 35 is vastly different from skin at 45.

👉 At 35 (Perimenopause Early Stage): Focus is on dehydration. Collagen is just starting to fall; skin needs protection and hydration.

👉 At 45 (The Estrogen Drop): Focus is Structure. Collagen is lowest, the "bounce" is gone. Creams just sit on the surface; you can't moisturize a sagging structure. You must rebuild the frame.

As explained in the video, 45+ requires shifting from "skincare" to "facial muscle building." You need treatments that stimulate structure, not just polish the surface.

Why does skin tolerance decrease with age? 🤔 Imagine your younger skin barrier as a strong security guard. As estrogen declines, this guard winds down, and the barrier thins.

The Domino Effect:
1️⃣ Barrier thins (low estrogen).
2️⃣ Skin Microbiome (good bacteria) is disrupted.
