The healthy heart rate of an adult ranges from 60-100 beats per minute. Generally, if it exceeds this range, there may be an underlying problem with the body.

There are many factors in life that can affect your heart rate including: age, exercise level; smoking; having cardiovascular disease; high cholesterol or diabetes; body size; mood, medication, etc.

Therefore, an abnormally high or low heart rate may be a warning sign of an underlying health problem.

成年人的心跳频率为每分钟60-100次， 如果超过这个范围，身体可能会存在问题。

生活中有很多因素都会影响着心率， 包括：年龄， 运动水平、吸烟、 患有心血管疾病、 高胆固醇或糖尿病、 体形、 情绪， 用药等。
