Caregiving Welfare Association Our services broadly fall under these three areas - Senior Wellness & Social Support, Welfare Support, and Education & Awareness.

The Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) was established with the mission to improve the quality of life of seniors through dependable direct services, and to inculcate a generation of responsible and knowledgeable caregivers in an ageing population. The Caregiving Welfare Association is a non-profit Voluntary Welfare Organisation registered with the Registry of Societies, an Institute of Public Character by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), and a member of the National Council of Social Service.

We envision to be a leading agency in caregiving for the elderly through services that enable more elders to maintain their independence. As a self-funding Voluntary Welfare Organization (VWO), it is the contribution and support of the public that fuel our efforts to provide timely assistance to the elderly, and their caregivers.
