Caregiving Welfare Association Our services broadly fall under these three areas - Senior Wellness & Social Support, Welfare Support, and Education & Awareness.

The Caregiving Welfare Association (CWA) was established with the mission to improve the quality of life of seniors through dependable direct services, and to inculcate a generation of responsible and knowledgeable caregivers in an ageing population. The Caregiving Welfare Association is a non-profit Voluntary Welfare Organisation registered with the Registry of Societies, an Institute of Public Character by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), and a member of the National Council of Social Service.

🌟 𝗪𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆! 🌟

CareJourney is CWA’s new structured pathway of support for caregivers — from the very first steps of caring for a senior loved one, through the toughest moments, and even beyond the caregiving journey.

💡 Starting with stroke and dementia care, it links caregivers to a trusted network of partners, ensuring fast-track support, continuity of care, and less stress in navigating systems.

Big thanks to our partners, MindCare Clinic, Mindfull Community Singapore, Singapore National Stroke Association, STC Institute of Learning, and The Salvation Army Peacehaven — for standing with us to reimagine caregiving with dignity and strength.

We envision to be a leading agency in caregiving for the elderly through services that enable more elders to maintain their independence. As a self-funding Voluntary Welfare Organization (VWO), it is the contribution and support of the public that fuel our efforts to provide timely assistance to the elderly, and their caregivers.
