It is called a sauna, but it probably is not one you have experienced before. The infrared sauna is different because it is light that makes the heat, not a regular heating element, electrical or wood. At Rexults, we use far infrared, with 'far' denoting the infrared waves that fall on the light spectrum.

Our clients like the infrared sauna because inside the cabin, it heats the body directly without warming the air around them. Saunas are really enjoyed as they allow you to perspire like you do when you perform moderate exercise. An infrared sauna produces similar results, but at lower temperatures than a regular sauna.

Skin tightening: it is such an attractive phrase. But in time, all of us would face skin laxity, an unattractive description.
