We have clinched the Exemplary Innovation Award for our project - Rapid HbA1c Point-Of-Care-Test (POCT) for Improved Care at the Public Service Festival! PSF SPARK at One Punggol. With this device, patients with diabetes can track their haemoglobin A1c levels from the convenience of their home while primary care teams manage their follow up via video consultation.

The Public Service Transformation Award to the team comprising National Healthcare Group Polyclinics, NHG Diagnostics, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and the Centre for Medical Technologies and Innovations exemplify the NHG Health spirit to forge ahead together and provide integrated person-centred care for our patients.
