October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Beyond learning the basics, this is the time to take charge of your health.

Regular breast self-checks help you stay familiar with your body and make it easier to notice changes early. Pair this with a healthy lifestyle that includes balanced nutrition, exercise, and stress management to support your overall well-being.

Spread the word to your family and friends. Awareness and regular check-ups can make a life-saving difference.
