📢 Sharing an event from a colleague @ Italy!
We're helping to spread the word about a valuable online retreat for those living with chronic pain, scoliosis, EDS/hypermobility, and other complex health conditions.

The below message is from the host:
In honor of Pain Awareness Month, we’re hosting a special edition of our Resiliency Retreat Series—a warm, trauma-informed space for adults living with chronic pain, EDS/hypermobility, scoliosis, and other complex health conditions.
Pain often carries both physical tension and emotional strain. Unwinding is about gently releasing that inner holding through body-mind practices and nervous system support.
Together, we’ll invite softening, releasing, and realigning—not just in the body but in how we relate to ourselves and our experience.
✨ What You Can Expect:
🧠 Guided teachings on the relationship between pain, tension, and the nervous system
🧘♀️ Gentle somatic practices to support release, grounding, and nervous system regulation
🦓 Connection with others who understand what it means to live with complex health
🌿 Tools for sustainable self-care and creating supportive home environments
📔 A digital guide with resources to revisit anytime
📦 A curated care package mailed to you (early registration required)
Your Guides:
1. Elisabetta D’Agata, PhD – Clinical psychologist, published researcher, and international expert in scoliosis care
