Together, we’ve created a movement of courage and solidarity for children and families impacted by childhood cancer.
To all our partners, volunteers, and supporters: thank you for believing in this cause and walking alongside us. This award is a celebration of you. ✨
We’re honoured to share that Hair for Hope Satellite event, organised by Children's Cancer Foundation at Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery in collaboration with our long-time partner QB House Singapore, has been named a recipient of the prestigious City of Good Award at the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards (PVPA) 2025.
CCF Deputy CEO Mr Koh Shukai, QB House Managing Director Osamu Matsumoto-san and KMSPKS Senior Manager Mr Pua Luck Kheng received the award from President Tharman Shanmugaratnam — a proud moment that recognises over a decade of shared commitment, compassion, and community spirit.
This tri-partnership has grown into one of largest and most heartfelt HfH satellite event. Each partner brings something unique: KMSPKS opens its doors and hearts, QB House contributes skilled hands and compassionate spirits, and CCF ensures that every effort uplifts the voices and needs of children and families.
Together, we've built more than an event — we've created a lasting tradition of care. This award belongs to every volunteer, partner, and supporter who has walked with us. Thank you for believing in the power of community.
As we look ahead, we warmly welcome new partners to join us in this mission. Together, we can continue to build a more caring and inclusive future — one where no child or family faces cancer alone.
