Finding someone unconscious is frightening, but your next move is simple and critical. The Recovery Position is a cornerstone of first aid, designed to protect the airway. 🤲

If a person is lying on their back, they are at risk of choking on their own tongue or vomit. By rolling them onto their side in a stable position, you use gravity to keep their airway clear until emergency services arrive. Remember, this is only for someone who is unconscious but breathing normally.
