To impart knowledge of habits essential to a healthy lifestyle
To enhance self-esteem through participation in a wide range of physical activities
To improve the sports performance of clients
To develop an understanding of healthy weight loss and weight gain programs
To develop a basic understanding of nutrition
To encourage the setting of personal goals and appropriate plans to achieve these goals. MISSION
I love inspiring people and telling them “there is hope!” Because I view each client as a unique individual, I try to create an innovative personal program for every person I train. I will spend the rest of my life working to change the activity levels of the inactive population. Through ongoing study, I try to keep myself on the cutting edge of fitness philosophies and technologies and pass along information to you, that will enhance and facilitate your workouts, maximize results, and promote better health. I’ll do everything possible to help each client achieve his or her personal health/fitness. I will train your body and your mind, so that you learn to exercise safely and effectively for life. I will encourage you to set clear goals and to listen to your body at each step along the way, as well as to give me your feedback about your program.

2016 fitness frenzy! Being 7 months pregnant didn't stop me, I balanced 2 daily zumba classes, daily personal training, and corporate classes. Missing this Tampines community class every Sunday.

My perimenopause journey so far...weight fluctuations, mood swings, the works! Went from 52kg then stayed at 55kg for a long time and scary 59kg at my worst during periods. No new year's resolutions here, just taking it one day at a time and doing what feels right. I think my body's finally getting the memo - this is 45 for me! Hahaha, juggling training, work, teaching, and family life...it's a balancing act. As a trainer, I preach balance and self-care, and I'm practicing what I preach. Let's make the most of this phase and learn to love ourselves along the way.

Phew, all pics for my bid are done! 2nd last major thing for 2025! Skiing next week! This is for my running enthusiasts. Haven’t run since 2017, after Rais was born. Running at 44 is an achievement. Added Mount Kinabalu climb in October and skiing soon. It’s about getting it done, no time stress.

Kids woke up at 4am to see me at finish line!!! Thanks guys! We even manage to go get our ski jacket after the run & have sushi. I’ll be hibernating later. Oh ya….Unfortunately upon checking result, my bib n my name doesn’t match :( but timing was mine. 25215 is Sheila from Philippine :(
