I love inspiring people and telling them “there is hope!” Because I view each client as a unique individual, I try to create an innovative personal program for every person I train. I will spend the rest of my life working to change the activity levels of the inactive population. Through ongoing study, I try to keep myself on the cutting edge of fitness philosophies and technologies and pass along information to you, that will enhance and facilitate your workouts, maximize results, and promote better health. I’ll do everything possible to help each client achieve his or her personal health/fitness. I will train your body and your mind, so that you learn to exercise safely and effectively for life. I will encourage you to set clear goals and to listen to your body at each step along the way, as well as to give me your feedback about your program.

This pic was taken in 2023 :) We hardly take couple pics.. and we NEVER EVER went on a trip as a couple. Like for real!!! Our honeymoon were with another couple. Our babymooning with another couple. Then babies pop.. rides in Malaysia doesn’t count cos it’s to be with families. So our 12th anniversary… it’s just you and me 14th-22nd MARCH FOR THE FIRST TIME! Today 9th of March is the actual anniversary but we are not celebrating. Thanks for always being there for me and our kids! I’m not the easiest person to be with… but I’ll do everything in my means to make sure our home is SETTLED.. Even while I’m wailing in anger n crying.. I’m still cooking the food we need to eat hahaha. And as for you… being blur & clueless, you will still do your best to help around and always present for our family. To many millions or probably gazillion sorry being said. To many more adventures, love & tears. Happy 12th Anniversary to us

Yummy kiwi, black mulberry & pecan overnight oats. Drizzled with pumpkin & flaxseed. Base of overnight oats are already mixed with rolled oats, yogurt, milk, honey,peanuts, honey, chia seed & cinnamon powder. We make it really thick and in a slightly bigger container than what we use to have so that you can still add more liquid of ur choice - milk, yogurt or just water. We send to you frozen so that you can keep it for longer in the freezer. DM ME TO ORDER.

When it comes to getting fit, you need to reward yourself for meeting goals to help stay motivated. Everyone has a goal especially when training with a trainer. Above is my 3rd trimester client who starts have hip pain when she turns in bed. So our training was to mobilise her more and definitely prepping her for birth. We hardly did static stretches on that day but a lot in making her days pain free moving forward. Videos of herself doing the exercise will help in improving her posture & reminding her to do her homework ;) Do exercise your body need..it should be tailored to specifically you ;) have a great weekend.
