A great collaboration with the Office of Alumni, the talk on "Optimising Bone and Muscle Health in Older Adults" was well attended by 141 live and online participants.

With the latest health knowledge and hands-on practice, the participants received a little boost in their journey towards better health.

Great thanks to Dr Ng Lee Beng, Family Medicine Specialist and Senior Consultant at Singapore General Hospital & Mr David Hoi, Exercise Physiologist at UFit, for giving this talk!
