We are an independent voluntary charity providing First Aid, Life Support, Home Nursing training and St. John Singapore, previously known as St. John Fellowship.

John Ambulance Singapore, is a voluntary Charity Youth organisation in Singapore which provides training in First Aid and Home Nursing. John Singapore also performs voluntary first aid coverage duties during national and other events. St John Singapore is the Singaporean Priory of the UK-Based Order of St John, an international charity. It comprises 3 sub-organisations, namely the St. John Brigade (First Aid Service and Youth Development), St. John Association (First Aid Training) and St.

The Hospital Attachment Programme is one of the highlights of the year for the cadets. Thank you Singapore General Hospital for hosting the cadets and for all your staff who tirelessly and graciously shared their knowledge and professionalism.
So many of our students over the years are inspired to go into nursing and healthcare careers because of these stints and their time spent in seeing how they can impact society.

10.5% of adults worldwide live with diabetes? Of them, almost half of them have no idea they have it?
Yet, if diabetes is left silent, unknown and untreated, people can develop conditions like damage to the nerves, kidneys, skin, eyes, and are higher risk for heart attacks and strokes, among other things.

This past weekend, dedicated St John youth volunteers supported World Diabetes Day 2024 at Toa Payoh HDB Hub. They shared vital lifesaving skills and preventive health tips to combat diabetes-related conditions like heart attacks and strokes.
They also met with Madam Rahayu Mahzam, Minister of State, for Digital Development and Information, and Health, who was the guest-of-honour of the event.
