The Hospital Attachment Programme is one of the highlights of the year for the cadets. Thank you Singapore General Hospital for hosting the cadets and for all your staff who tirelessly and graciously shared their knowledge and professionalism.
So many of our students over the years are inspired to go into nursing and healthcare careers because of these stints and their time spent in seeing how they can impact society.

Service to Humanity since 1885

We are the Singaporean national organisation of St John International, the oldest Order of Chivalry in the world with a history of more than 900 years, and a worldwide movement which provides community-based First Aid, healthcare, and support services internationally. St John Singapore was founded in 1885, and we are proud to be the oldest First Aid charity in Singapore.

St John Singapore is a Non-Profit Voluntary Welfare Organisation registered under the Societies Act and the National Council of Social Services, and we are best known through our service organisations: the St John Association, which teaches First Aid to the public; and the St John Brigade, which provides First Aid and ambulance services, and youth development through our Cadet programme.
